OK, it's a nice curiosity for Mayhem completists, but not really more than that. The instrumental rehearsals on From the Darkest Past are much more interesting listen.

Kind of. I listen to that one almost as often as DMDS. But I just had to get this one too because a tiny part of me always wanted to hear the studio tracks of De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas with better vocals.

This rough mix is great! The sound is slightly uh, rougher than on the final recording and the drums sound a bit different too... love that commanding sound here! Those fills eat up the room. The track listing is all wrong and there are small tape glitches in few parts, but you know going into the title track and not hearing the silly "WEWLKOMF!" is something else.
