I've been wondering... Are those classical songs like Dunkel, still von Ewigkeit or Trauerhöhle composed by Urfaust or they borrowed it from some composer? Sonds better to me than 99% of classical music, really great music.

That was answered in the old 60 pages Urfaust thread.
They werent composed by Urfaust. But "transformed/remixed" by Urfaust former 3rd member if I remember correctly. The name of the original composer was mentioned in the thread, cannot remember...

But yeah these pieces are fabulous. Try listen to them at 33 rpm, they're even better. But there are MANY great contemporary composers from the XXth century that have composed gloomy pieces like that. Only for connoisseurs though, and sometimes only performed once for a festival or a special concert (they're called "création" in French, and are made on request by festival/radio promoters- that's been happening a lot since the 70´s, this is such a vast "scene" which is actually even more "underground" than metal)
There was a nice thread about (Contemporary) Classical music that was very interesting, but then again, lost somewhere in the past threads... Try PENDERECKI, you could find it thus.

Hence the fact why this guy is not involved or related to Urfaust anymore!

Do you mean that he tried to pass them off as his own works?

Wasn't going to buy anymore shirts, then I realized this bulk cycle forced me out of all my medium band shirts (except an oddly perfect fitted MGLA). Purchased this one immediately, great design.

That sucks. I wonder why people like this assume that nobody will ever catch on.

That said, I thought the Kancheli chop-ups worked pretty well with the Urfaust material.

Blame Danzig for making people buy shirts a few sizes too small.
