This is absolutely genius stuff. Bare bones heaviness. Imagine a barren wasteland where every excessive note is eliminated. It's Black Sabbath channeling Mortuary Drape.

Exceptionally good release and quite unique sounding, some riffs sound very death metal-ish too. I bought the CD because of the bonus track, but I'm under the impression it probably sounds better on vinyl. I don't really like the guitar tone on the CD, I expected it more "warm sounding"...

Basically, it's so great I had to buy the vinyl as well. Very original sounding, can't wait for more material.
