Haven't seen it. Didn't even know it existed. I need to check this and the Bobby Liebling doc out.

it is pretty much an hour long interview with rat skates but he is very engaging and comes off as genuine.. ALTHOUGH

i noticed at the end that it was directed by his wife and produced by him and done by his company.. so that seems sort of weird.. to make a documentary about yourself. film-making wise it is pretty terrible but i dont give a shit about that re: documentaries. all i ask for docos is that the subject is interesting, interviews are engaging and the information well presented.

yeah and the questions were all rehearsed so it has a sort of odd feel to it. He knows the questions and is directing the the guy asking them haha

good doc though, lots of cool stuff about the old days in Overkill and just about the scene in general. It does come off as a bit of a "we could have made it!" towards the end, but other than that...entertaining and well worth watching.

Yeah. I saw this some years ago. Was fairly entertaining but also fairly dull at the same time. I did, however, learn hidden secrets to success and am now a multi-bazillionaire.

it seemed more like they (he) DID more or less make it to where he wanted to and realized that it sucked to be a touring band on a label.. having less fun and making no money.

He did have a bitch about not making any money despite having two full lengths out Laughing

I suppose when your peers are bands like Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax and they're enjoying commerical and financial success it makes it all the worse.
