We heard he was living here in Edmonton, Canada, attending University or something. Apparently people saw him at a few gigs in Vancouver..
Why does anyone care about this dropout's activities? |

| I didn't care about his activities when he was active. He was always a talentless try hard and champion of little "underground" posturing. Now that I think of it, I think I heard he wanted info about him removed from the net because he was involved in some local scandal involving his rich dad and in court, and like most Black Metal nerds, he uses some "underground mentality" excuse to cover up reality. "Oh, my shitty four track recordings are too elite for the internet". |

Not a 'defender' of JI by any stretch of the imagination, but I will assert that his releases had more music than most USBM garbage ala Krieg, Nachtmistyjizzcum, Kvlt ov Azazel and so forth.

Yes, apparently he's been drumming with them since '97 so it was only logical he'd move to the land of Fire & Ice. I hear he does mean blastbeats live, although very subtly. |

Damn, you almost got me as well as I once read an older Sigur Ros interview where the singer commented on the member´s musical preferences and - the drummer listens/listened to Black Metal.
