Great news indeed, it's been too long a wait! Though I'm also hoping a new full-length is on the cards.

Yes, this. Though I'm sure they already have enough material for such treatment now with all the splits, compilation tracks, demos etc. Maybe add an exclusive new track or a live song or two. (Heh! A whole live album would be great and deserved for Pentacle!)
Destroyer 666 addressed a similar senario with "To the Devil His Due".

Amazing news indeed!
And as for splits, i guess it was just time for them to share releases with bands that them trully/like respect. so.. well, anyway i guess Wannes is doing what he want to do, and when he want to do.. |

This is really great news for those that have been waiting for NEW material by these 3 killer bands.
For those wondering why they are releasing single songs/EPs instead of a full lenght album instead, albeit I dont' know the real plans of attack of Pentacle & Mortem, Sadistic Intent will still release a fullenght LP, just not now.
They know the fans have waited far too long for new material. At least with this split we'll be able to get something new. 2012 is the year for them to release new material with a new drummer and make a few more live appearences locally and beyond. Once they get the 'ok' and feel confident, i'm sure the news will begin spreading soon after.
The guys have a lot on their plate right now, so for now this highly anticipated split will be the first on the list of several new things to come.
Costa/IP will do a fantastic job on this release. He's a class act with great ideas and understands what the band needs and how they operate.
Now if only we can get these 3 bands in one bill . .

It took ages with the Martire lp to be released as well, same with Coffin Texts, so...
Looking forward to these splits and also the Sadistic Intent album - after such a long wait one or two years more wonīt matter at all, haha!

Pentacle/Eternal Solstice double 7" is about ready to go to press. I received the Pentacle masters today. Song titles for Pentacle are:
The Bloodless Eye and Four Poisoned Tongues, Four Poisoned Arrows.
We are also doing Pentacle embroidered patches. Two different logo patches.

Exxxcellent news!
I am curious about the lyrical direction of the new songs, almost looks like a return to the older style before they turned to historical/military topics - which they covered with style but which donīt quite grasp me, no matter who does them.
