Keen to hear the reports on how the fest/weekend went. I missed it this year for various reasons but instead got to watch Cruachán, Waylander & Runecaster here in Dublin but that's best left for another day's discussion. Heard Angelcorpse played immediately after Revenge which is pretty damn heavy. The line up this year was pretty weak by all accounts (bar Revenge, Angelcorpse & Nifelheim) but I hear the buzz was mighty! _________________

Didn't go, but that's just because Halldór doesn't play with Sólstafir anymore! |

Have to say that Solstafir was an odd choice for UMM! _________________

Perhaps. They are a tad different than angelcorpse, when you think about it. |

The same with us, hungarians. Hopefully, the next year line-up will be more killer. Though I'm sure that Nifelheim, Root, Enforcer, Revenge, Angelcorpse were killer, but in my opinion the rest is a bit strange choice for this open-air ... |

I am at home since last night. We (Anja, Adorior Chris and his girlfirend) arrived Friday night already. We had the Australian/English people at our camp (Ian, Melissa, ...). All in all we desecrated 19 bottles of Jim Beam and other Whiskey (+ thousands of beers). I am still dead from that weekend.
Nifelheim, Root, Revenge were killer. Biggest surprise was Enforcer, what a great heavy metal band (and the vocals are insane). Tyrant was pretty cool, too. _________________

Good to hear that you managed to find a driver after your initial one jumped off. Any opinions on <code>? What was their live appearance? |

I saw the last 3 Tracks from Code, really not bad. The singer was a sick vocalist with an extreme voice. Not bad, but I don´t remember their sound exactly. |

Well, we didn't get some at all, but I can try to organise some as Mersus will be in the UK this weekend to rehearse with D'666. _________________
