I can't believe no one has mentioned MALARIA yet... along with KNELT ROTE, probably the best grind going right now.

I used to really like these guys, but when I played their records again when I as doing a purge last year, it did absolutely nothing for me.

Also, since the OP likes stuff in the vein of IN DISGUST, check out DISCIPLES OF CHRIST, good punk-grind in a similar vein.

Given the OP was looking for stuff like Excruciating Terror, that is a good suggestion. Harsh Realities is a good record when I'm in the mood for that sort of stuff. Mehkago N.T. are also worth checking out |

Full-length album is in the works, only the guitars have to be done now and then a long and meditative mixing/mastering process. Will make the EP sound lightweight by comparison.
