When I see such cultish old live-pix (or vids), I sometimes ask myself what happened to this or that random creep in the audience. Second guy from the left doesn't look too impressed. |
It was also taken prior to shaved/long hair being cool and back when knit sweaters were all the rage. How come bands are not making those anymore either? |

still find it one of the best Black Metal logo's ever made......

Someone called Nella I think. Could only find that he did the first logo for Slayer mag and some other band as well. |

| Has anyone here watched that Pure Fucking Mayhem dvd? I assume it is gay as most if not all "documentaries" about black metal, but I wonder if there is anything remotely interesting on this thing. |

Is that the one in Norwegian? One of the better metal documentaries I've seen was Once Upon a Time in Norway. No sensationalist bullshit, just guys looking back on their lives and thinking "wow that was insane". Manheim came off real well. |

The one he's referring to isn't in Norwegian, it's in English.
It's alright documentary, it's not like most, it's just a really long interview with Necrobutcher and Manheim. Occultus is in it too.
I suppose it's worth watching, most of the stuff they talk about you probably already know. |

Just watched this on your recommendation. Thank you! I would have brushed it off otherwise, as the other black metal documentaries I've seen were terrible. This one was actually interesting and well done. |
