Recently was really impressed with RAPED GOD & especially VIOLATOR's "Chemical Assault".
Some of the newer 'black-thrash' also like AMPUTATOR, DEVESTATOR, etc. is getting a lot of play here.
Can some recommend some other good newer thrash/black-thrash albums worth checking out?

Witchtrap always scratches my black/thrash itch.

Also, Retaliador's - "Ultra Violencia" demo is killer black/thrash.

If you like Amputator...there's a new 5 song cassette EP out called "Bloodvomit Fistfuck". It's on a Chilean label, Atomic Nuclear Desolation. Old Cemetery Records is the only US label with it in their distro though.

Old Cemetery just re-released some old Assault stuff on CD. That's pretty good Black Thrash as well. I think there was post about it on here from OCR.

You check out this topic regarding a thrash metal tape compilation I've just released!

It features 9 promising thrash metal acts from all over the world.

Talking about black/thrash, I sugget to check WITCHAVEN http://www.myspace.com/witchaven and WITCHING HOUR http://www.myspace.com/witchinghourthrash which are both featured on this tape!

Cheers

J.

Not exacty a new band and probably disbanded now but Serpent Obscene from Sweden released 3 excellent albums. Maze of Torment should have got more credit, too.
