I don't think people would bitch if they actually got the shit they paid for, speaking of that where's my incantation replacement hoodie, cause the print was way off center on the first one(Must have been really high or something printing these).I gave up on that one along time ago fool. It's not that complicated Roy. People send you money and you don't send them what they have paid for. You come here and blame everyone else for this situation but yourself. You want people to email you with all the information you so you can send them what they paid for and then you don't answer emails. People understand that you're busy now try to understand those who send you money and over a year later they are still waiting for the merchandise. Try to walk a mile in their shoes.
My suggestion is to put everything on hold. Don't sell any more shirts, CDs, vinyl, etc. Just put everything on hold and start shipping all the parcels that were supposed to be shipped over a year ago, a year ago, 10 months ago, 6 months ago..... You get the pictures (hopefully). Sort out all that crap before you start taking orders again. Just a suggestion but it's more like wishful thinking because somehow you will justify that what you're doing is right and everyone else is wrong. Like you always do.

You miss sending out one order, the post office loses a couple others and the metal brotherhood completely turns on you overnight.

Please tell me nobody here has made the mistake of ordering from both Necroharmonic AND Crepusculo Negro. That would be a lot of money unnecessarily wasted on folks who can't grasp the concept of "put in box, take to post office, done". Complicated I know but not everyone grows up to be a scientist or astronaut.

I ordered a shirt over a year ago. Came within a few weeks. But after the countless threads about this distro, I will never order again no matter how good my service was or what they stock. I agree with the previous post that the distro should stop taking orders and start taking care of all back orders and I think that would solve the problem.

I feel bad for all you guys that havent got your stuff. That sucks.
