This is a good example of could easily be a bootleg or could easily be "official". This demo in particular was still being distributed in the early 2000s. I know that some places in the US (I think hakenkreuz or somewhere like that) were dubbing and selling copies of it, but they were covers that came from France, and definitely legit.
My copy of this, which I think came from Europe has a black/clear tape and a computer label on it.
It raises the toughest question to answer (which is what this thread is about). Once you get into demos that only have a xerox, with no pro, no color copy, no writing, no numbering, then what truly is an original?
With the instance of the Funeral demo (and many demos with the same lack of professional production) it is kind of a moot point.

Regarding Funeral, if it is original it is certainly not a tape from the first batch.
Those miss the extra track (here added with pen), contain the band address, and have an extra panel dedicated to Euronymous. |

Seen this one somewhere for a couple of times. So, obviously it's a bootleg of some Beherit shows. Can't remember where I actually saw it, but anyway, I think it's not very hard to find. And in my opinion there has been at least a couple of different versions of it. |

I just paid a decent amount for a Bacchia Neraida - Dionysos CS
Looks like a boot, and he went way out of his way to forge it. Has a double sided color cover and is hand numbered -- but the cover has creases in it that are xeroxed and not actual creases , if that makes sense.
And the tape is on a Maxell 60, which I've heard is how most tapes come from this guy....
His discogs selection and pricing all seems weird -- proceed with caution.

The copy I own is identical to this one, so I presume it's authentic. The sound quality is normal, but not too good.
