A compilation of metallic versions of Cold Meat Industry band songs will also feature a cover of a MZ412 track done within a suitably Vassaforian framework
The next live rituals manifest in Sydney on March 31st where Vassafor headlines the final night of The Devils Arcana followed by our Auckland appearance alongside USBM leaders Inquisition on June 6th, link here....other rituals are being formulated including an outdoor performance to scar peoples minds....

I just listened to the song Rites of Ascension and it's excellent.
Cant wait to this damn release. This band is totally unique and way ahead of the nowadays metal bands.

Obsidian Codex is still my most anticipated release of the year. The rough mixes were amazing, cant wait to hear the final product.

Well, just to update. I rejected the first test presses, so the process is near completion but there is still a way to go.....
haha we always take a ridiculously long time to put shit out!! |

I heard from somewhere, possibly a month ago that the initial test presses had been rejected and VK was awaiting a new batch of test presses.
Just checked their fb page. this is accurate as of 11 hours ago
"We have changed pressing plants and have resubmitted another master else where. It may take some time but when Obsidian Codex finally is unearthed it will be perfect rather than 95% right..."

Hail the perfectionists! Fuck the half assed. I'd expect nothing less from Vassafor.
Heard some of this material live last month when Vassafor supported Inquisition in Auckland. The whole delivery and atmosphere that night was one of the most strident and hostile I've witnessed from this band.
