Recently been getting into a lot more '77 first gen punk. So many underrated bands.

I recently got into the Urinals myself. I need to get their comp. Great stuff!

It's not them in the link though. But "Where Eagles Dare" is killer too of course!

I remember a few people saying that crass were more the start of post punk than actually punk itself.

Personally I preferred Zounds, Rudi Peni and Conflict of the crass records bands!

Paris Violence, Mourir en Novembre if you're interested in a crossover between punk, oi! and new wave.

Oh, whoops. I meant to post I'm a Bug. Such a catchy wacky song.

Even if not in trend anymore, I don't like recent screamo/melodeath "crust" bands, there's still good discrust if you really search, check Bombardement from France, female fronted, so 90's.

https://bombardement.bandcamp.com/releases

And for punk rock, original 77 style is really dead, sad, as I never liked that melodic 90's punk that is now presented as punk rock.

Great documentary!
A kind of similar story is Searching for sugarman about Sixto Rodriguez.
