|
|
A new Seance album has been recorded and reeady for release according to the band's Myspace page. A return of one of the heaviest Swedeath bands from the 90s.
Interested labels to release the upcoming album to contact the band at seance_management @ hotmail.com
Sample on Myspace sounds good on first listen..similar in sound to the brutal Saltrubbed Eyes album with brutal drumming, fat bottom end (courtesy of berno studios?) and razor lacerated throatwork.
Fans of Swedeath or the band must check it out immediately.
YK, license the vinyl version? _________________ Looking for DEATH METAL bands!

Agreed, although the new material sounds decent enough for what it is. They should have no problem finding somebody to release the album. |

YEah, agreed Forever Laid To Rest is in a different league but for today's standards, it stands heads above a lot of what's released out there. _________________ Looking for DEATH METAL bands!

| killer band, killer debut, killer follow-up, finally again together. One of my early Swedish Death Metal highlights. And thankfully Johan is back on vocals as well. Aaargh. |

Do you guys like Salt Rubbed Eyes or whatever it was called? I thought that was horrid. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

I like it a lot. Debut is better, as the 2nd one had some strange sound and atmosphere (especially the grinding bass), but all these interludes from Karamanik (Cold Meat) and some very aggressive grindy ans slower songs make it also a highlight in my Swedeath opinion. But musical tastes are different. No problem |

| I liked "Fornever Laid to Rest" a lot better than the follow-up. The new tracks sound like a continuation of "Salt-rubbed" so I doubt I'll be picking it up. |

It sounded too modern for my old ears. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

Didn't like that one either. It was somehow disappointing after a masterpiece like "Fornever...". _________________ Good traders: 0%cured, Cutterofgums, s.charlach, peterott, ins88, Mysticus, HELLTHRASHER, CR99 |
