For my fellow Americans, Candlelight has a Merchnow page:

http://candlelight.merchnow.com/products/bycode?code=LP

I really hope these are done right sound and packaging wise, I am going to be dropping $ on several of these.

Bummed they're not doing Wrath of the Tyrant too. Unless that's coming later?

I think they said that they will make them "like they were firstly/originally supposed to be released" or something like that. It looks more like an "I wanna bust Blood Music's balls" move to me, the timing is weird. The whole situation has a clear winner of course: Emperor.

I am so fuckin' psyched on those Emperor reissues. Never bought the Back On Black versions so I've just had my CDs since the 90's.

I think they will be more readily available in Europe as they are being pressed and manufactured there and imported into the USA. On the Candlelight Facebook page they post links to Amazon UK to buy these releases.

Wondering if the Opeth reissues are single or double LP and why they felt the need to do color and not standard black?

Lots of quiet acoustic passages = surface noise from color vinyl.

Not always true at all. That's down to the quality of the vinyl stock/pressing plant use, not the color of the vinyl. I have plenty of colored records that are way quieter than black records. If you want to bitch about pure vinyl, then everything should be clear vinyl... Rolling Eyes

Yeah, well most of the time they don't use good quality vinyl. No need to be an eye-rolling know it all.
