 Do we really need this exposure of black metal? Not everything that happens really needs to be taped and documented. A theater play of black metal sounds ridiculous. Please leave black metal in the shadows and obscurity, where it belongs. |

It's all over the internet anyway so what's the difference? Anybody can google it and find out whatever they want about it. And it has been exposed long time ago. Shadows and obscurity where it belongs

Of course it's not necessary. On the other hand, Det Svarte Alvor had a pretty strong effect on me in my teen years and if someone can come up with a new one with similar influence, I'm all for it.
But of course I understand your opinion in the light of the quality of whatever bm related documentaries I've seen recently. I'm hoping this one will be different. |

Atleast it looks a bit different; lacking interviewees who weren't in the Finnish scene and not looking like a hipster guide into bm (unlike Until The Light Takes Us...)

DVD will come in time with english subtitles. Maybe during this year. Take a note that it's a small underground production and it will take it's own time.

| Not the best possible translations, but yeah, that is the basis of what they're saying. Anyways, if I remember correctly, the DVD of this documentary will be including another document by the same guy, a docu about the finnish noise scene. I'd personally like to see that one, even though I am not a big fan of noise at all. |
