Moss are certainly a good band, though for UK doom I much prefer Indesinence.

I picked up Indesinence's album and it left me quite cold. I just didn't get into it at all.

I thought it was one of the best albums of last year! Totally loved it! Maybe you should try the Neptunian EP first, admittedly it took me playing that EP to death before the album "clicked" with me.

Funny, I stuck Nocyambulism on the other day and was actually a bit impressed. I just don't really consider them to be Doom at all. More like slow, yet complex and labyrinthine Death Metal. Not too shabby, I will have to better acquaint myself with it over the summer.

I just put in an order for the Die Hard Sub Templum. 26 is fairly steep but I'm sure it will be well worth it.

Preorders on die-hard and regular on Rise Above now

Thanks for the heads up - just pre-ordered mine. 29.50 including shipping in the UK. I dread to think what it costs if you're in a more exotic location!

Loved the Cthonic 3LP - was lucky enough to pick mine up in a trade with Olly as we're in the same town. The mastering job on Cthonic Rites is indeed great - i get all releases cut in the same studio.

Yes, thanks for the info. Good to know about the content of the die hard. I'll pick Moss on black vinyl as for just a back patch -more than ever when I think of that Electric Wizard patch which came with "Witchcult Today"- and surely awfully coloured vinyl I'm not willed to pay 10 more. Bonus songs such as "Live Burial" are most probably the best lure for buying a die hard.

*kinda off topic*

Is there any news about the seperate vinyl release of "Live Burial"? Is this still going to happen?

Bear with a gumcutting simpleton here. Is the die hard a double LP and the regular one LP ???

The Die Hard is a double, not sure about the regular but I get the impression it is a single LP.

They'll both be Double LP's. I think the Die hard is on purple/black vinyl comes with a back patch and possibly other extras?

Yes, the vinyl colours will be different.
The die hard will have an A2 poster and a printed inner (?) - I guess similar to the Blasphemy DLP reissued by Osmose which had camouflage prints inside the sleeves.

To be honest I was also not sure if the extras justify the price... too late now.

i just wish they would pre-order the CD, i just wanna fucking HEAR this.

I was so tempted to order the die-hard today. but $60 shipped for color vinyl, a back patch and poster is wayyyy too much.

In My Die Hard Sub Templum, only the A/B LP was Purple and Black. C/D was all black.

Did anyone else have the same?
