I am fucking disgusted:

Let's all say a brutal fuck off to contemporary metal and support ONLY those deserving underground bands/labels _________________ Good traders: 0%cured, Cutterofgums, s.charlach, peterott, ins88, Mysticus, HELLTHRASHER, CR99 |

14:00: Can metal become more extreme? Taboos and metal – where do we go
from here?
15 years after the climax of Norwegian black metal murders and church-fire it is time
to look ahead. Is there a limit to what record labels and other interacting musicbusiness
related people can work with? What is the next extreme thing to happen?
For this interesting discussion we are proved to present the following giants in the
field:
Panel:
Tom Gabriel Fischer – Celtic Frost
Gaahl – Gorgoroth
Maniac – Skitliv

Haha. I would like to have this spectacle on tape. I am afraid these three guys between them are more than capable of giving pathetic a bad name.
" For this interesting discussion.............etc," I am rolling on the floor. _________________

I like how they reduce the murder and church burnings to a marketing ploy... |

If you look at sales figures it was a great marketing ploy and not only some teenager´s actions.
Edit: I agree that it is pathetic but that metal music business is a thoroughly planned commercial affair shouldn´t be news to anyone - that´s why most here prefer UG acts. _________________ Oh, what fun we have when we exist.

| The lineup sucks anyways this year. I have nothing against bands making a living from theyre music. But that doesnt necessarily means that the ones who do, creates quality. Im more into ug stuff, but I do like some big bands as well. |

| Quote: | The city of Oslo has a great deal of black metal history, but a lot of the sights are
hidden from normal view. For the first time the IMC and the Inferno Festival have set
up a busride to show a little more of it all and the one who will guide you through the
sights is Anders Odden, IMC founder and guitarist in bands such as Cadaver,
Magenta, Apoptygma Berzerk and Celtic Frost. The full program for this ride include
murder scene, Helvete, rehearsal places as well and an unique insight in Norse culture
and the darkside of Norwegian folkmusic and culture. |
That must be the most pathetic shit ever ! How do I imagine that ?? |

This is just toooooo much. What the hell(no pun intended) are those people thinking about. We got the odd ugly german/italian metal girl come ask for directions to Fantoft Stavkirke in Bergen, but that`s cute compared to this retarded Disney package. _________________

| I would much rather see the Hole in the Sky festival in Bergen, than inferno anyways. This year, has the poorest lineup ever. I mean, come on Satyricon? They live in oslo, and have done tons of gigs there. Theyre ok, but why the hell should they headline? |
