I just ran across this while checking for new Lux Inframundis releases! Great stuff.

Yeah, I like it a lot.

So is The Chasm recording a new album? Any truth to this?

Yes, it is true. They posted on their facebook page 3 weeks or so ago that the process has begun. They said it will be a slow process and not to expect a release anytime soon, but the wheels have been put in motion.

Does anyone knows where I can find a copy of Awaiting The Day Of Liberation bootleg CD stored in NWN shop last January ?
Thanx in advance

This, I need a copy of this cd too. Can't find it anywhere right now aside from one person on Discogs who is asking a couple hundred.

Preordered the new Acerus last week, can't wait to hear it. Loved the first album. Cover art is awesome too.

In case anyone still hasn't got it, "The Spell of Retribution" is available for cheap at Earache's Xmas sale.

That response made me so happy! The samples sound really good and knowing that it'll be a full hour is just exciting. Seeing the title with words Phase 1 and knowing they had posted some rehearsals made me curious to know if this was a full thing and seeing that reply has me stoked!

I've just saw that it will be 100% instrumental. As much as I was exited at first, now I do not care that much anymore, to be honest.

I love their instrumentals, and the last album was like 80% instrumental anyways. Not worried about it being instrumental, it's gonna fucking kill!

No problem being it instrumental, my concern is that if it'll be released through Daniel's label, most likely it will be available on shit looking digipack CD and maybe picture disc.

The label page said that it'd be a double album, which they've done before for Conjuration Of The Spectral Empire and Farseeing The Paranormal Abysm , and they've done single LPs for other The Chasm stuff as well as for Shub Niggurath. They've only ever done one picture disc ever, as far as I know. Not sure why you'd think that for the vinyl.

That being said, never bought one of their CDs, no comment there.

Very excited about these news. The Chasm is always welcome, even if I must admit that the (expected) fact the album is again instrumental is slightly disappointing for me.
