http://www.metalinjection.net/tour-dates/ghost-announce-north-american-dates-enslaved-alcest Decent line-up for US tour. Don't enjoy Alcest besides the more "black metal" demos.

This is one of the most bizarre lineups for a tour that I've ever seen.

yeah. I'll check it out. Never seen Enslaved live so this might be a good time. Ghost is apparently touring Germany with In Flames and Trivium... so i guess it can get "weirder".

Damn, yeah that's even weirder! I'll check it out for sure, I guess my friends' band is trying to get on one of the shows. I've seen Enslaved a few times and while I'm a big fan of the older stuff, the new stuff didn't really do anything for me. Alcest doesn't interest me at all, beyond knowing there will be a lot of cute emo chicks with their scrawny little boyfriends to see them.

Does Enslaved still do any Blodhemn tracks live? I love me that fucking album! Someone told me they are embarrassed of it apparently and don't play any of those songs anymore.

I saw Enslaved a couple years ago and the oldest material they played was from Isa.

That is one really strange lineup indeed. I'll probably go anyway heh.

Saw Enslaved in 2007 just cant get into the new shit.

Ghost is way overhyped band that isn't even very good. Don't get why people are all over these guys.

Alcest don't care for.

Won't go to this.

I haven't heard them do anything from that album since the original tour from it ! Sucks, I love that album (obviously) !

I've never heard any "Eld" tracks live since around that time either... Mad

Enslaved often play the long track from Hordanes Land, and although they understandably focus on the newer stuff, they always pull out a few old songs. Over the many times I've seen them in recent years they've played songs from almost every album. It's true that I don't think I've heard anything from Blodhelm though.

They also play "Loki" off the Frost album most times I've seen them. They are always great live to my ears, but I also enjoy their newer stuff quite a bit.

They definitely played a song off of Frost, possibly Loki, when I saw them the last time a few years ago.
