Purchased a shirt from the store on 12/15. Item shipped 12/15. Filed a claim three weeks later because as he states he didn't receive his item three weeks after it was mailed over Xmas. No emails, just a claim. I sent him all shipment info and he held the money hostage under the claim. Received his money back because I couldn't prove it was delivered...just had the customs number. Doesn't reply to emails even six weeks later to ask if he got the shirt.
If any customer has a problem with a shipment, you email and try to work it out. Obviously, he went straight for the claim with no communication, which obviously raises flags he was just looking for a free shirt.
Regardless, not a person you'd want to deal with. I guess he also plays in some shitty band named Almost Human. Avoid.
