They are their name!. Ripped me off about 400 SEK for several t-shirts in late May ’10. They didn’t have the t-shirts in stock when i ordered them from the website and sent the payment because of their slow update. They gave me the choice between the money back or something else and i chose the money back -which i obviously never got. I got threatened by Peter and his ”218” belief when i reminded the low life asshole (i did of course not call him anything like that at that time because that wouldn’t have helped me at all anyway!) about that he owed me money.

Disc Empyre
Had a really bad experience during the summer with disc-empyre on discogs

Ordered 4 LPs they only sent me 2 of the four 1 of which was suppose to be new but kept skipping when I played it. So I emailed them loads of times trying to find out were my 2 missing LPs were and could I return the damaged LP the only reply I got about 2 weeks later was they won't exchange the damaged LP and they said nothing about the missing records.
So I opened a paypal claim got my money back for the two missing LPs and was told by paypal I can send the defective LP back to them for a refund but I had to send it with a tracking number paypal provided me with a return address that doesn't exist Tenerife, France??
So the LP got sent back to me a few weeks after I sent it because the address paypal told me to sent it to didn't exist and the postal company here only puts the country you send an item to on the tracking receipt and no further information so since the LPs got sent back to me because the address paypal gave me doesn't exist paypal will not give a refund so on top of getting a scratched LP I had to pay another 15 euro to send back the LP to an addess that doesn't exist.
So to make a long story short avoid disc-empyre on discogs they are rip off cunts. Fuck Disc Empyre and Fuck paypal. |

Paid with paypal on 20/07
After that it was increasingly hard to get a reply from him. Last contact was 23/09 when he said the package turned up again in Italy and was going to be resend.
Since then he has been ignoring my mails, eventhough he has more than enough time to post on facebook.

Dealt with him once or twice back in 2001 and everything went smooth (that doesn't say anything of course, we all know how people can be reliable once and fuck you up later on). I believe mr. Iron Tyrant is/was in more or less regular touch with him

it depends I would say. Personally I had never any problems in sending stuff
to Brazil (registered mail is mandatory), others might have other experiences .

Just dealing with that kind.
He bought a Mütiilation - Hail Sathanas... 7'' from me on 19th of september, paid and it was sent the same day.
Tracking says it reached Brazil on 1st of october. No further tracking in Brazil available.
Today the guy filed a case via paypal.
Glad I'm always paranoid enough to keep the tracking#'s for at least 4 Months PLUS taking a picture of the actual item being packed and the ready-to-ship-parcel with adresse on it.
Send all that to Paypal, we'll see what happens.
