No, i don't see there much difference at all. If the Item is really
Fucked up at ebay, you get your money, if its overstock
or if its not overstock.
If the Item get for 100$, so a auction with 6,66 will also
go high, where's also the difference?
The intention at Ebay is to get Money... The reseller will have
money, azter will also have money, so where is the difference? |
If you don't see the difference I guess you're a lost case.... |

yes and no. Look at Germany:
Nokia is announcing the closing of the Bochum-factory as it is not profitable anymore, at the same time (exactly three days later) they annouced the biggest profit for a fiscal quarter in the history of Nokia or any other Finnish company.
=> So funny the profit is for Nokia, so shitty it is for the Bochum people. However, if you want to produce a 20 Euro mobile for emerging markets where people do not have the money for it, then you can't do this in Germany anymore,.
My point is: I can see Azter's arguments, but Mz412' argument as well.
And similar to Nokia: The timing was not good.
A different point, has nothing to do with Horror Records, but that's what I observed in the past now a couple of times from other people: some deadbid ebay-sellers which deadbidded stuff from their competitors in order to sell their stuff. That's by far the worst scum. Impotence and hair loss to them. |

And putting one or two single copies back in the distro seems stupid to me. I am more than convinced, that if Azter finds like 10 or 20 copies of a release, he puts it back in the distro, I've seen this done before. |

i hate that. bidding on something then you get outbid by somebody with 0 feedback (and it's not a new account) from the same country as the seller. just seems suspicious to me. |

Personally I don't see what the hell is supposedly wrong with what Horror Records is doing. All Azter is trying to do is to ensure that releases from THE LABEL are not sold at extortionate BUY IT NOW prices on ebay by the same sort of morons who would buy die-hards from other labels and have them sell at extortionate BUY IT NOW prices.
Meanwhile, with his collection, if he had the STARTING price at $6.66, I can hardly see reason to complain about people bidding hundreds for the item in question. |

Ok, once again:
Why do you sell stuff at ebay?
You wanna get Money for that...
Why others sell stuff at Ebay?
They wanna have money for that...
If someonse sells at ebay, it doesn't matter if the Auction ist
Buy it Now or Bidding, it depends of the Buyer, who make the
Prices at all. When Azter sell stuff at ebay, there is NO
problem, why should there a Problem at all?
So, thats in first the Situation...
But why the hell should someone not sell Horror Records stuff
at ebay to make money, when Azter make exactly this too?
Azter won't whine, when the Satan's Host Lim. 100 brings
$100, he won't say to the Bidder, thats too much money
(like i have done in Past one time ), he will get the
Money and thats it. The "evil other seller", the one Azter
claimed at his Website, will also put it on Ebay and
make also money with it.
Really, i see no difference between someone buy some stuff to
finance his Collection and a Label Guy, who make some
money apart with it.
I have with both no problems, but i find it very funny that one
claimed that the other is bad... |

Right.
Here is what you need to understand:
When AZTER sells something, he starts at a LOW PRICE. He does not try to inflate the price. Other people BID for the stuff, with the price increasing as it is a proper AUCTION.
When THE PEOPLE AZTER IS COMPLAINING about sell something, they start at ARTIFICIALLY HIGH PRICES even though there may still be copies of the item in question available at the RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE. It is similar to when Yosuke complained about people on ebay selling the Fallen Angel of Doom die-hards at exceptionally high prices.
Also, it is worse to set the starting price at something like $100 than to set it at $6.66, ever since you are forcing people to start paying MORE than they should from the start. |

Exactly!!!
AND there's one hell of a difference from buying stuff with the sole intentions to re-sell it at high BIN prices, than to sell some stuff you happens to have spare copies of! (as Azter already explained why) with a low start bid. You know there's no guarantee that an item will sell for big money when it's a proper auction?
I've seen lots of very rare stuff go for peanuts on ebay, as well as non-rare stuff go for insane prices. |

There is no problem selling stuff in ebay, the problem is the contradiction with his statement.
Anyway, it didn't surprice me, Azter is a contradiction...like when he say shits and more shits againt Blasphemy in the interviews from years 91/92' (and also saying Immortal are like Gods) and actually is hunting Blasphemy vinyls and even releasing the Blasphemy bootleg return of the hodded demons in LP.... |

So you have not changed one single bit since 1991? You have the exact same opinions now as then? |

I'm happy with this auction. I just bought Devil Lee Rot/Flame split for 6.66$. Nothing to complain about.
I find it wierd no one wanted to trade those pretty rare LPs. _________________ http://www.riotor.ca

There is no difference at selling. If you sell something that people
wanna have, you get for sure the money. If the People don't need
it, they won't pay insane prices at all.
The seller with $100 pays only more to Ebay at all HAHAHA
Example:
If i sell a "Yellow Goat", i will for sure put it for $1 instead for $300.
I get for sure ~$300, so there is no Problem and no difference about
that all.
The Intention to buy stuff to sell it on Ebay is Bad, but this is a
result of this Die Hard limitiation Stupidity and so, i see no
Point in it, why should one are better than the other?
In the End, only the Money is important, for the Label and for
the seller. If nobody wants for Example a Satan's Host LP, so
nobody will pay $100 for this and the Reseller won't make
money. See in other Position the Sabba 7", its goes over $200.
There is no difference between Buy it now or startprice $1.
Oh, sure, if you make Buy it now, you will have a constant price
and with bidding it can go really insane highter than buy it now.
Best Option for this limitation stuff:
Write Numbers AND Names on it, the you see, which one sells
the LP on Ebay and then erase this one from the List. Never
sell this one again stuff and so on.
But then, make for yourself not also Money with exactly the same,
what others you wanna forbid.
For me looks more to be only seller of this stuff and by the way,
Azter sells all his Stuff on ebay, last Denial of God Tour 7" he
sells also on Ebay and and and...
Very clear Line: Boycott Ebay or let it be |

As already stated I am not going to waste much more time on this as I already have, but when you start telling LIES I have to deliver another statement. I NEVER sold any Denial Of God tour 7" on eBay, I actually sold the last two copies to friends for the regular price at a point in time when it was already expensive on eBay! So FUCK YOU!!! |
