Maybe my knowledge is better than you  That d-beat was created by the band DISCHARGE. It's their drums beat that differ from others. Or better said Discharge-beat.
That fucking D is for Discharge. |

d-beat is a typical thing for Crustcore bands. Listen to some old Extreme Noise Terror, Driller Killer, Martyrdöd, Skitsystem.
The drumming has mostly a specific beat, which is called d-beat, as being mainly influenced by d-ischarge. Therefore d-beat.
Listen to these bands and you get the idea very fast. |

does anyone know how old this term d-beat is ??? to me it sounds like it was made up to describe fucking terrible drummers who cant play fast beats for shit or are cack handed in style.

It's a punk term that's been around for a while to describe the Discharge beat. I'm not sure how it relates to bestial war metal bands of today.
Only Do Drums Very Crazy Beat is real for War Metal.
