WARNING!! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS ASSHOLE!

He put in a PayPal claim because he either didn't bother picking up his parcel or wasn't at home when the postal people tried to deliver his order. I'll lose $53 in postage if they return the parcel to me. I'll lose more if they don't return the parcel.

The tracking info clearly shows multiple attempts for delivery. How is this deemed a fuck up on the seller's part? Fucking ridiculous.

Paypal seems to be very biased and anti-seller, and it's sometimes really fucking hard to understand their policies. Like this case, wtf? How can that be judged in favor of the buyer?! Oh well, almost nothing you can do besides warn other people of these scammers.

Do you really think that Paypal actually looks at every case? I'm pretty sure that they simply check the delivery status and if it's delivered, they side with the seller, if it's not delivered, they side with the buyer. The PayPal claims system is totally fucked up for seller and we've known that for a while.

A few years back I bought some boots from a sketchy site. 4 weeks later a sponge arrived in an envelope from China. Since SOMETHING was delivered, I had to file a wrong item claim and jump through a bunch of hoops. PalPal eventually made me send the fucking sponge priority to a non-existent address in China just to get refunded.

Absolutely. They don't hire Matlock to look at any case, they just check the tracking and if it says delivered, fine for the seller, if not, fuck the seller.

Check the tracking # every day until it's delivered, then send PayPal proof of delivery and demand a refund.

I would let PayPal know you're prepared to take legal action if you aren't compensated financially, even if you have no intentions of taking said legal action.
