ebay is good for unknown stuff.
gemm and musicstack are good but the prices can be ridiculously high. I saw a Törr debut LP for 300$ e.g. ad similar bizarre things _________________ Good/Bad traders list

There are no other good auction sites. From what I've gathered, most of the others are made in response to eBay's strict rules, so they're basically wastelands were all the losers, rejects and rip-off's flock. You'll find nothing on them except bootleg crap and even if you purchased it, there is a good chance you'll never receive it.
ioffer is the worst. Avoid it like the plague.
Obviously, eBay is good for obtaining stuff and like MySpace, no matter how much you hate and curse it, people are going to continue to use it.
I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to make an auction site strictly dedicated to Metal. If everyone who deals with Metal used it, it could work out great. eBay's random canceling of Black Metal auctions they know nothing about is annoying. I had a Darkthrone disc removed once and somebody I know had an original DSP Burzum LP removed with about an hour left on it. |

FUCK! Looking at the sites I keep on finding copies of the japanese press of Iron Maiden's "Heavy Metal Army" with the obi strip. I purchased a copy of that for $15 dollars, still wrapped with obi strip and all. A year or so later I sold it for $15 and now I see that the fucking thing is worth 40 fucking Euros??!?! |

I wanted to keep this one to myself, but what the hell:

I haven't ordered from him, but his eBay feedback seems good. Great if you still collect tapes and like original CD pressings. |
