I'm confused about this one, as I recall seeing it (if my memory doesn't fail here..) ten or twelve years ago for the first time.
Looking for info on it I only found what seems a bootleg done as much early as five or four years ago.
Someone has the correct info regarding this one? |

I saw this on vinyl recently, I guess it's just a "well done" bootleg, I'd like to have it myself.

The band photo CD print is the first version (done in the mid/late '90s).
The text only CD print was done in the early 2000s:

No, the original one has the Mayhem logo and gothic font with no shadow, the one in the pix is the second press and the one with black print is the third, not that it really matters though. This is the first press:
