I voted for "The Scream..." but the new one really started to grow!

I'll be spinning A Merging... today, and see if I can finally make my way into it. I've listened to it twice since it's release, and it didn't do much for me then. But this is StarGazer, so...

Voted "A Merging..." since it is the most "complete" release in my opinion; a good summary of their work so far.

I ended up going with Harbringer. It's the snake at the foot of the mountain their discography has become. Quite crude in comparison to their later efforts, but the songs are fucking great and I love the production (despite the slight distortion on the master). The Scream... would be a very close second.

Could never get into Scream, but Merging and Great Work are both regular listens, especially Merging. I voted for Merging.

I'd never thought about it before, but there's a slight similarity between the debut of Negative Plane and The Scream...-era StarGazer. Both in style and production. Anyway...

Their side of the Arghoslent split is crucial as well IMO.

Haven't listened to it in ages. I'll throw it on later.

Fantastic band, incredible (albeit amputed) set in Crispendorf, in spite of them fucking mushrooms. Live execution was stellar.
All the discography is essential to me, "A Merging to the Boundless" is their crowning achievement in my eyes.
