While listening to the Masochist history double cd, I went in my box of old dubbed tapes to search all the Lucifer's Hammer material I had.

I only have 2 demos which sound excellent.
How do their 2 cd's sound like compared to their demos?
Are they worth getting?

Also, my tape is getting old and the sound has suffered a lot since when I got them initially so I was wondering if someone would be interested to offer me some dubbs in a trade.

I only know the band name. They existed in ca 1990, right? I saw Richard Brunelle wearing their shirt once.

The two full lengths they put out after the demos aren't as good. They lost a lot of the brutal sound and actually implement some orchestral elements which bring Cradle of Filth to mind.

If you really like those demos though, I'd check them out anyway.

I've only heard of them through a Beherit interview. But been meaning to give them a listen.
