all bands above mentioned are great! then there are necroccultus from mexico (is it true they splitted up?), karnarium (swe), both Eroded (ita and ger), excoriate (ger), crucifire (oz), nocturnal vomit (gre), Slugathor (fin)...
about japanese Coffins, at the moment i have some kind of obsession with them, amazing band!

Ill have to add Spearhead into that mix. Plenty of old school riff-ology going on (hints of Morbid Angel, Asphyx, Bolt Thrower in their music).
