| Holy Death's "Triumph Of Evil?" album is classic black metal. Also try Gontyna Kry's "Krew Naszych Ojcow". |

I forgot to mention Besatt I have heard one or two songs by Moontower I liked, so eventually I will check out some of their stuff. _________________ Well black metal doesn't really go in that group... at all.... Black metal is all witches and warlocks and graveyards....

Yes, I second this one. Especially if you can get your hands on the original version before the additional guitars and bass were added to the recording. Sure it's minimal, lo-fi, and occasionally sloppy, but it's got a great spirit/atmosphere to it. _________________ ANTITHEIST DISSEMINATIONS |

Thunderbolt and Szron are good choices for raw bm fans.
Anaboth is an obscure, ritualistic bm, people who like Taranis, Xantotol or even Cultes Des Ghoules might dig them as well. _________________ Good Trader -LorteBrian / Buyer -tabun / Seller - aeongrave x3; S |

EVILFEAST, for majestic and yet nefarious Black Metal. Think "Under a Funeral Moon"-era DARKTHRONE with incredible synths. _________________ C:V:E |

Thoth - From the Abyss of Dungeons of Darkness
I think this fits totally your wants. Imagine something like a more "depressive" early Graveland approach, with Burzumish vocals and great atmosphere. |

Agreed, one of most interesing BM bands, not only from polish underground. Another killer material is FLAGRUM - Through Torment to Belief, unfortunately I dont know any info about this band, besides the demo is released by Kampf Prod on pro-tape, but be quick to get this stuff before get cult as Cultes Des Ghoules, only 100 copies aviable. _________________ www.doom-zine.com

If you like Besatt, you'll probably also like Mystes. I think they shared some core members back in the day. I have to admit that the only Mystes I've heard was "Pure Evil" though, but it was excellent. |

Their only demo, with Nergal on drums, NOCTURNAL LANDSCAPE, is a gem that I workship as one the best demo ever produced. Raw as fuck.
