Record them. I will buy them... when I have money of course... and when I don't owe money. |

im mean they really dont like metal at all! i see some of you posting cool shit like the re-releases of classic lps like mortuary drape, sad x, blasphemy etc etc...and they prefer this other crap like {insert southern lord/nsbm/hipster/]???
its simple, if you dont like heavy metal. how the fuck do you like black metal? |
Just tell them not to entry.
I really don't understand people who claim to be fans of black metal, yet don't listen to any death or thrash. That is just mad in my mind. |
i remember when "black metal elite" folks insulted death metal and thrash...what the fuck was that about? |
A musical inferiority complex no doubt. _________________ INTO THE DRAPE.. |

| Hmmm..... Sure, the video game bespeaks the entrance of black metal into mainstream culture but I don't think it's anything we need to worry about. Good music's quality stands on it's own and isn't dictated by scene politics or how trendy it has become. |

Agreed. Without stuff like this video game, kids wearing corpsepaint down the street in the middle of the day, retards with 500 metal piercings in their face and other dumb shit you wouldn't have to point and mock at the current state of black metal and underground metal in general. |

Black Metal have been parodied before, there is a terrible movie called "Turbulence 3: Heavy Metal" thats about some gay techno band, that has a black metal guy for a singer for some reason, playing their final concert on an airplane and it gets hijacked by some guy that looks just like the singer or some shit.
I remember back when me and a friend of mine who was into black metal were saying "wouldnt it be funny if like all of a sudden black metal got popular and you saw stupid bands like cradle of filth on MTV being promoted as black metal and you could buy dimmu borgir shirts in the mall?" then we thought "no, that will probably never happen" (this is back when dimmu borgir's second album just came out).
guess we were wrong! |
