| European vinyl mailers are complete SHIT. MAde of the cheapest cardboard. I love it. I get a vinyl pack from Europe and I don't even need a knife or anything to open the box! So easy to tear open. |

Ah, thats not really Problem from Mailer, more from Postal Service.
You have the Choice:
32€ (EURO) for LP sent to you or just 6,05€ (EURO).
If you use 6,05€ you are hold on to use NO asdhesis Tape of
any kind. You only can use normal Glue or just the Packaging
Stuff themselve, some of them have Gluethings on it.
Its total fukking Anoying for us to send outside Germany
This is the shit to all European Countries as well as in USA
or somewhere else.
And this is also at little Packages like CDs or so, if you want
inscrible for that.
Best parcel arrived from Hong Kong. 3 Lp's in little thicker paper,
nothing more, all Covers were damaget. |

got my strid and ved buens ende LPs today. strid LP had 3 corners damaged 2 being minor. VBE had 1 bad corner bend. the VBE cover also had a weird spot on it! the mailer it came in looked like shit. i don't think an added layer of cardboard would've hurt...
i'll post some pictures later. |

| lucky! i guess maybe all three LPs pressed together made them more secure? i really hate those clear plastic inner sleeves. i need to destroy all of mine and invest in some paper ones. i really like the ones KBTMT used with the round edges. |

on the strid lp 3 of the corners were bent but only 1 i'd consider major and on VBE it was just one corner. |

Mine got picked by the customs So I have to pay some customsfees, and taxes. before I get my hands on them. Norway has this shitty rule that everything over ca 35 us dollars must be prosessed and taxes paid.
Ive had mostly all my packages sliding through thoug, but maybe 3 packs a year gets pulled. |

Good social services + high taxes
vs.
Shitty social services + high taxes.
You Europeans have it good. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

I agree only partly and would rather say:
Good social services + VERY high taxes + unprepared for the future
vs.
Shitty social services + high taxes + halfway prepared for the future.
(and with unprepared for the future I mean what is coming in the next decades economically with all the changes in the world, despite the American mortgage crisis. This will sooner or later happen here too or has already happened in mid 90es and after the IT-bubble in 2002). |
