I have recently bought a CD version of "Blood Fire Death" from Bathory.
It is the Kraze pressing. 1988 / 1990 written on the CD, so I guess it has been pressed in 1990.

However, the front and back inlays seems to be bad quality colored xerox.
The front inlay is not a booklet, but a very poor card which is all-white on the reverse.

Two solutions :
1. I have been ripped off and I get a cheap bootleg.
2. This Kraze (Canadian ?) pressing is cheap from the origin.

Anyone can help me ?

That's right. You should go to The End records and get the 2003 Black Mark version. I had the Kraze version up until I bought it.

I'm glad someone else mentioned this.
A friend of mine also has the Kraze version and I thought it was the most terrible Bathory bootleg CD I've seen. The 'booklet' is a total xerox look.
Don't understand how this label managed to release this on CD - thought Black Mark was the only one to handle the releases. And was it only B.F.D or did they ruin other albums, too?

BFD was originally released by Under One Flag, I own the 3 versions (UOF/BM/Kraze) and I have to say that UOF press is much better than the other two not sure if kraze released the other albums but I have Jubileum I issued by Metal Core or something like that but also canadian.

UOF released this as a CD back in the day ? I never saw this CD edition. Guess it should be quite rare. If someone is willing to trade (not for the Kraze edition, of course), just PM me.

An UOF pressing does exist. It was the first copy of Blood Fire Death I purchased oh so many years ago.

I have this too. I'll have to compare the speed to my Black Mark vinyl.

I have this Kraze CD, it looks and sounds like shit, and I paid like £14.99 for it in HMV a million years ago when almost all metal CDs had fucking IMPORT stickers on them.

I bought that Kraze edion on cd back in the day and, at least mine, has very good quality. In fact, the lp picture of the band can be found insie the booklet, while the black mark version features only the lyrics, if I remeber well
