DISSIMULATION from Lithuania has some werid things going on...VOIVOD influenced black/thrash.
SPEARHEAD drummer is also very good, not as technical, but has soem clever moments. More black/death anyway.

Agatus - The Weaving Fates has some intense drumming as well. Those roto toms don't fuck around.

Hellhammer is the most talented drummer in black metal.... by far.

Very talented, but his dynamics are lost in the disgustingly triggered sound he uses..

Proscriptor, Dimitrius (Zemial/Agatus) and Carl Michael for me are the most talented and interesting drummers in BM...

The drummer for Stargazer (not strictly blackmetal) has some incredible chops on the new album..

THIS! also I would mention Ole Öhman,known from the absolutely amazing drumming on Dissection-storm of the lights bane,and of course Fenriz for 4 first Darkthrone albums!
