i keep my 12" and 10" in a cupboard/shelve much like the expedit.
i keep my cds and tapes in Wooden WINE boxes, they hold 80cds a piece when divided into two rooms.
the 7"s in a narrower wine box so you can flip through the vinyls since its hard to read the spine on those.

Actually I don't have that many different versions of the LPs. My Maiden vinyl collection is pretty weak compared to the really insane collectors. Videos is my main thing when it comes to Maiden.
(but appart from that, you're right, you can never have enough)

keep mine in the back garden, exposed to the elements. If a record comes with extras, I throw them in the bin or give them to the neighbour's dog to chew.

Your Maiden collection blows mine away, yet I still feel like I am their number one fan and nobody 'gets them' the way I do Laughing Cool

It's not about the size of the collection. I have meet people who had nothing near anything you could call a "collection", still they would litteraly go through anything for this band. Smile

It would be cool to see your collection though, do you collect any special areas / items?

I have wondered about 10" EPs! That drawer configuration is actually very smart. I have never thought that. I need to go to the local thrift stores for a huge cassette shelf/case.

Im sold on that Expedit shelf. I've tried everything. I've now got like 200 lps on my floor against the wall, another hundred or so in milk crates. My collection is not huge as I'm pretty poor. Recently tried some shit out that I got at target chain stores but it started leaning 20 minutes after filling it with records so I sent it back
