I guess because they make music that sounds good to THEIR ears. |
Fair enough. I'll still be buying the new LP though. _________________ my medium of distant fingers |

Fallen Angel of Doom also has a very low guitar sound. I think Proclamation was trying to get a similar production on their first album. The second album has a much "warmer" sound and is more in the production style of Blood Upon the Altar. The guitar is definitely more upfront compared to the first album. _________________ Your opinion is as insignificant as your existence.

About three weeks usually. It depends on how complex the jobs are.
Update:
Ignivomous MLP test press sounds massive. This is pretty much ready to be approved.
Damaar MLP test press side A sounded good. I haven't played side B yet.
Nocturnal Graves LP is ready to be approved.
ildjarn part I DLP side A is good to go.
ildjarn part II LP still needs more spins. _________________ Your opinion is as insignificant as your existence.

| hey what will the cover for the damaar mlp be? the artwork for nocturnal graves is killer, and the scan for the ignivomous cover in your photobucket looks promising. |

Damaar cover is something they designed. Black/white and very simple. _________________ Your opinion is as insignificant as your existence.

Sounds good.
I'm listening to the Advent LP again the guitar isn't as low as I remember. I guess it's one of those things where you get an ear for it after a few more listens. It is sort of hard to differentiate the notes at times but that doesn't bother me. I love the grinding rumble guitars that this genre always provides. _________________ my medium of distant fingers |

| Do you listen to testpresses on an expensive set-up? Do you only play them on one turntable or multiple? |

I have a cheap turntable. I usually have a friend who helps me with test press listening. _________________ Your opinion is as insignificant as your existence.
