Found this in a local supermarket for about 40 % of the normal price. Worth every cent.

How's cider in other parts of Europe or in North America? I only managed to taste sugary chemical stuff in cans or small bottles, like Bullmers or whatever it is called. The only natural cider I've tasted outside France was some in a food fair in Poznan and the makers didn't really got their recipe right.

I have a bottle of this waiting for this weekend:

It depends what fruit is it made of, some are sour almost like wine, some are sweet almost like fruit juice.
Marks & Spencers in the city centre sells some French apple cider from Normandy but haven't tried it yet.

And an old and well known rule applies; you get what you pay for.

Here in Boston, a local cider maker is opening their own cider-only bar in the next year. They make a high quality product.

I have yet to go in countryside UK or USA. Wink

About the price, you're right but for 3-4€ one can find very good one. It's the same price or even cheaper than great beer.

Four Roses Single Barrel is my go to.

I had this over the weekend. I regret sharing it with my two friends. It was too good.

How is that one ? I had some of the Cuban Selection the other day, I really like it, there were some unusual flavors that match perfectly with this thing.
