Most summer ales are wheaty/fruity/light. This is actually fairly hoppy but still drinkable and refreshing. For someone who's into IPAs, I'd recommend it. It's by far the best summer-labeled beer I've had.

Drinking homebrew pale ale hopped with Amarillo, Belma and Centenntial hops. It's really really nice. Fresh beer is so tasty.

We just racked a triple IPA into the secondary and are dry-hopping it with Simcoe, Centenntial, Columbus and Cascade.

But it's Friday, so now it's time for Friday Manhattans!
Rittenhouse Rye
Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
Homemade aromatic bitters (courtesy of a friend who also makes amazing charcuterie)
