Mortiis has added a new batch of rare (and signed) stuff on ebay. His username is haavard666.
One thing I noticed: he has bought rare mortiis stuff from ebay himself. I do know, sometimes artists have to buy back some of their stuff because they have lost all their personal copies over the years, but I find it strange to see the same item on sale again a little later.

If you compare both pictures, you´ll notice it´s the same item (see f.e. bottom left corner and scratch above the right ear). He has just added a signature and a signed flyer.
Always been a big fan of era 1, but this behaviour is very questionable. My memories stay the same but the artist´s reputation gets a blow here.

He does it because there's profit to be made. If he can buy stuff he knows is original, and re-sell it from his own account, giving the buyer a guarantee of authenticity, the buyer will be more likely to spend more on the item.

Loads of bands are doing that these days on and off ebay, they are using ebay prices as an excuse to charge loads of money for their own stuff I already mentioned Mgla in this thread before and look at how much 3 Black Hearts is asking for the FAOD NWN repress LP in the trades section on this forum.
