Sometimes I want to follow the Metal market like people follow the stock market. A savvy watcher could make a killing. _________________

i follow the prices of records i have that i know are valuable, i dont really see a problem with it. its nice to know the value of what i have in case something happens where i need a lot of cash. _________________ format your doormat |

True enough, but I don't let what something might be "worth" influence my decision on what to buy. _________________

Yeah, I'm more talking about new releases that might have some hype around them that will bump the value and demand up... I'll gladly skip something like that for something that I want more that would sell for less down the line. _________________

Someone probably got a (relatively) "good" deal on this one because nowhere was it even mentioned that it was the die-hard. He didn't even feature the metal sleeve in the photo... it's almost hidden. Anyways, I bet it would have easily sold for twice that had it been described as such.

HAHA.
I think eBay is a great tool and people should pay what they want to. However, people solely into metal for financial bullshit is ridiculous.... |

Hah. He also has two other tapes. I was going to buy 5 of the demos off him around two or three years back. _________________
