is there anybody have the same problem?

sometimes I get the records with damaged printed innersleeves even labels packed my orders very well, no idea how to prevent this kind of rip during shipping... if the sleeve is the regular white/black one, it's not a problem, but the printed one is not easy to be replaced with.

any ideas?
Thanks!

yes, they should be inserts since they are invariably destroyed by the sharp edges of vinyl and the materials usually brittle nature.

Whatever heavier material Drakkar used for the Hornets of the Pogrom printed inner sleeve, that shit should be used as the standard. Supremely durable.

I fucking hate printed inners. I throw away any inferior paper sleeve for an anti-static polycarbonate one instead. Shit pisses me off...

Yep, I keep the printed inner in the vinyl bag and store the record in a poly antistatic sleeve. Plain paper inners go in the trash.

i always put the vinyl in a new normal white innersleeve and the printed innersleeve i the cover, the vinyl behind the cover, in a plastic cover. a little hard to understand but yeah.

Good thing I was intending to play the record instead of worry about spine-splits on the printed inner sleeve.

That damage is inevitable. If you're really that worried, once you get the record get a generic one and just put the inner sleeve in the jacket flat.
