I have a question. Yosuke, you said you paid the rights to get the authorization to release the Nifelheim stuff.
Did you have to pay for a lawyer for contract stuff ? |

Hello,
It seems that you are either talking on behalf of Nifelheim guys or trying to get rights to the Nifelheim albums yourself. Either way, I will not bother going into detail as I've already explained the situation in the other threads relating to this topic. Please read them and email me if you still have questions. Regarding the legal aspect of the contract, it is perfectly legitimate and authentic.

As a label owner, I must say that this kind of question is an inconvenience... The deal is something that should be kept just between the labels and the bands involved.
Other labels & curious people should mind their own business... |

I wasn't asking how much the copyright cost, or if the contract includes he can make mugs with Nifelheim logo.
My question was if Yosuke/NWN! had to hire a lawyer to put up a contract.
At some moment, handshake and oral agreement are not enough to avoid problems, especially when money is involved.
There, if Yosuke can give a bit more info (I didn't see on other topics) about this legal thing (not specially on the Nifelheim case) that would be welcome. |
