Recommend some great demo bands. If the band is okay with file sharing post the links as well as some of the bands want to spread their music etc etc
I'm interested in finding some new music to check out.

Here's one that's really interesting if you're into atmospheric black metal:

"Thanatonaut" specifically. It's too bad they're not investing more time into that aspect of their sound.

you could give us a listen. Been told we sound like a mix of old brazilian bands, nifelheim, and early morbid angel.

Only a demo out thus far (sold out, for now). 7" very soon on Iron Bonehead. LP on Invictus sometime in the future. Also a split with Swedeath Metallers, Crucifyre.

We are re-pressing out first demo, "Bark at the Poon." It'll be available in about a week or two, along with a split 7".

Cruciamentum from the UK are quite good, their 2009 demo Convocation of Crawling Chaos is worth hearing. Members of Adorior / Grave Miasma, very cool death metal.

How do you guys find out about all of these bands? I don't have any demo tapes or anything. I don't think I'd buy one unless someone told me it was amazing.

Just look around for audio samples from different bands. They're far more reliable than going by what someone else is raving about.
