I just looked at the Morbosidad "Profana..." LP and noticed that there are little chunks missing from the edges of the record. They probably don't effect the playing of the record at all. This just happens to be my extra copy that I was just going to trade.. dude doesn't want it now. My personal copy has no such bastardizations.

Is this common? I assume it was the fault of some shitbag at GZ or wherever NWN presses vinyl.

Maybe someone working there was facing starvation and tried to eat your Lp? Idea

haha it almost looks like little rat bites, but I don't live in squalor and the LP has never left the plastic. Weird.

bad job on cutting the rest of the vinyl away after pressing (always a small amount of wax too much that ends up around the vinyl. this is only common on cheap pressings like brazilian ones. I think you just got unlucky. Though I had a GZ vinyl with horrible color granulate on the surface (makes nice sounds when putting out/in the sleeve) and one with small vinyl toenails on the corner.

Doesnt affect playing yes but doesnt look too nice. I have a susvourtre split LP which has a fairly noticable chunk missing on the edge. Personally I dont give a shit about this as long as it plays but you can see it as a value lowering factor when trading/selling.
