Was not sure if I was going to be able to come up to NYC for Hospital Fest again but a chance to see Akitsa live makes it hard to pass up. Excited for this.

Absolutely insane lineup.

Saw Pain Jerk ages ago at Soup in Tokyo along with Cut Hands. Was amazing! Would kill to see Skin Crime and Richard Ramirez.

Not to mention Orphx, AKITSA, RFSE and Smell and Quim too!!

That late Andy Stott show will be a total blinder also! ‘Faith in Strangers’ and ‘Luxury Problems’ are such great albums. The track ‘Violence’ is the most strangely sounding British thing ever.

Whoa, definitely not the line-up I expected to see when I clicked, but hot damn that looks wild! Great to see a mix of such diverse and awesome bands/projects.

I hear that the Eternal Champion set might be a collab set similar to last year's Power Trip x Prurient performance. Should be interesting; I hope they also play a regular set somewhere else while they're in town.

The collaborative aspect of Power Trip's set last year was pretty much just an extended intro using the acoustic part that Arthur Rizk played on Frozen Niagara Falls, so I doubt it will be too intrusive if that's the case.

Very excited for Pain Jerk, Smell and Quim, Akitsa, Eternal Champion and Skin Crime. Orphx too; their set was incredible at the first Hospital Fest but awkwardly early in the night.

Market Hotel was a pretty wild place back in the day; wasn't aware that it reopened. Small-ish if I remember correctly; maybe 300 person cap? Should be pretty intense with some of these acts. Hopefully S&Q pass out some ponchos...

Excited by the lineup, but unless I am overlooking something, it just feels wrong with no Justin Broadrick anywhere.
