Tracks 1-3 (B) - from 1986 second demo "Nuclear warriors"
Tracks 4-5 from 1981 FALLOUT (Pre-Carnivore)
When was it made? And how many versions excist?

Had heard Fallout some years ago. Total disappointment as far as I can remember! It's more hard rock - classic heavy metal sounding if I remember correct 
Still it had a good post apocalyptic cover
