Any difference on this one and the 2013 Chaos Island Rehearsal? Great stuff either way!

Yes, different versions of the songs. Two are much longer, "undertaker" is much slower. This song blew me away the first time i heard it. According to the band these are closer to the way they play them live.

Will it be available anywhere in Europe?

I actually played at the same festival as them them about a month ago. Very impressive, even though the sound wasn't the best.

Unless people bought a home dubbed copy of their demo, from when they did a small tour in Scandinavia in late January/early February, it's the same songs as is featured on the European version released by Smokedd productions.
Only the cover and lay out differs.

The European version is still available through the Extremely Rotten distro, as Smokedd productions is the sublabel of ERR.
