|
Hello
I saw Reactor live as substitute for Sodom back in 1991-2(?). Tom and the drummer had a heavy flu, so after a couple of gigs they were so dead, that they decided to pass.
Reactor changed later name to Sickening Gore, produced an LP of medium quality and finally spit-up.
Reactor was a killer band, so I do not understand why it had to change style an drop the quality of the songs.
The demo "The tribunal above" is considered to be one of the all-time best records ever of the underground scene.

The Sickening Gore album was indeed ok/mediocre but nothing more.
They had to change the name from Reactor as there was a Heavy Metal band with the same monicker. _________________ A nobody in a world of somebodies.

Sickening Gore was ok, but nothing special. That's true. Never heard of Reactor though.
There are other totally unknown Swiss gems as well:
Babylon Sad - Kyrie CD (Avantgarde Death Metal)
Equimanthorn - Under The Seasons MCD
Infected - Dark Century LP
Moribund - Oracular Eyes CD (Morgoth infested Death Metal) _________________ Tradelist + Good Traders:
